Registration now open for the 2012 Mack Strong TEAM-WORKS Charity Golf Tournament & Auction

Get your early-bird tickets for the 5th Annual Mack Strong TEAM-WORKS Charity Golf Tournament & Auction on July 18^th, 2012. We will be returning to Washington’s premier golf and event facility, the Golf Club at Newcastle. Tee off will be at 1:00pm and the auction and banquet event will begin immediately following the tournament at 6:00pm in the ballroom.

Golfers may register as individuals or foursome teams. Registration fee includes green fees, golf cart, lunch, drink tickets, gift bag and admission to the auction & dinner banquet. Golfers may arrive as early as 11:00 am for lunch and arrival registration before the 1:00 pm teeoff.

Tickets to the Auction and Banquet event are also sold separately! Invite a guest to join you to bid on one-of-a-kind items and enjoy gourmet food, wine and the best view in town. We will host a welcome reception beginning at 6:00pm in the ballroom for our evening guests, which will also kick off the silent auction. Sample fine wine selections as you browse the great items donated by local companies to support the TEAM-WORKS Academy.

Thank you so much to all who came out to enjoy a fantastic meal and support our program. The event was a huge success, thanks to our partners at Bellevue Palomino and Icicle Creek Winery. We’re also thankful to all who donated to our silent auction and each of our guests who made it a very special evening. With your support, we raised vital funding to cover the costs of the break-in and keep our programs going strong this year. We look forward to hosting the event again in the spring of 2012! Join retired Seahawk Mack Strong and his wife Zoe for an evening of gourmet dining, fine wines and fun to benefit TEAM-WORKS Academy. The evening will feature a specially chosen four course meal by Palomino’s Chef with a little help from Mack! The dinner will be accompanied with fine wine pairings from Icicle Ridge winery. There will be a raffle and silent auction featuring many great items!

Event starts at 6:30 PM. Parking is available in the Lincoln Square garage.

TEAM-WORKS Academy programs provide numerous volunteer and sponsorship opportunities. You can be trained to become a child’s mentor/tutor, or you can sponsor a child each month for up to an entire year. We are also looking for corporations to get involved and sponsor an academy site. Through a valuable partnership we can provide direct impact to your community, as well provide an avenue for your employees to volunteer. Our programs serve at-risk students year around, so if you are looking for away to get involved during the summer months, we have our annual Sports & Leadership Camps or Mack Strong Charity Golf Tournament.
